JT and Samantha embody the notion that sometimes, beautiful things take time to unfold. The two met on Hinge in 2021, but didn’t start dating until nearly six months later. In November 2023, JT got down on one knee and proposed to Sam.
The couple began planning with a venue search in North Carolina. They wanted a venue to accommodate their ceremony and reception and have a designated area for both of them to get ready. They found Jiddi Space in Raleigh, North Carolina, and they immediately fell in love with the venue. It was a perfect fit for their style. The couple subsequently matched with Forget Me Knot Event Coordinator Kayla Bullock.
JT and Sam wanted to be extremely hands-on. We assisted them along the way with all of the logistics such as floor plan creation, timelines, ceremony direction and vendor management.
Wedding planning was truly a group project for them and a stepping stone to marriage.
The memorable celebration occurred on November 18, 2024. With a family member officiating, the event had an especially personal touch. The couple aimed for their guests to have a wonderful time and experience the love at their wedding. They enjoyed a buffet-style meal with their family and friends.
