Breanna first met the love of her life in 2016 through neighboring fire departments. Coincidentally, Breanna and “the one,” Gabriel, intermingled with each other for almost four years before finally dating. Gabriel surprised Breanna by proposing and in 2024, the couple tied the knot at an elegant, colorful-toned wedding at Water's Edge at Tart Farms in Benson, NC, that was photographed by Megan Glover Photography.
When they first got started planning the wedding, they knew Benson was the place. Breanna's mother helped them coordinate vendors and plan for a Benson wedding.
Water's Edge was an easy venue choice for the couple. Located in countryside, the venue’s exposed wooden walls and high ceilings were the perfect backdrop for them. From the first tour, they loved the country tone and historic feel of the venue. Water's Edge makes planning SO easy without compromising beloved and long-wished-for details. It is amazing for couples to get ready in their respective bridal and groom suites, then pop downstairs to do the thing! Looking back, we couldn’t imagine changing anything about their elegant wedding at Water's Edge.
Breanna and Gabriel found a friend in Megan Glover Photography. There is no other. Megan is the best, hands and feet down, all day and every day.
On Oct. 26, 2024, Megan documented Breanna and Gabriel's entire elegant wedding at Water's Edge, from getting ready in their respective suites to the reception. Water's Edge's warm interior looked elegant dressed up in a warm color palette with an undertone of orange.
Breanna wanted to capture an elegant warm theme with plenty of candlelight. The maid of honor wore a different color dress than the rest of the bridesmaids. The result culminated in sparkling tones of teal and dark orange. All the fellows wore jeans and suspenders. It was all so perfectly classic!
To top off the evening, the couple and their guests enjoyed a two-tiered white cake and cupcakes from Ruby's Treats. People loved the cupcakes!
